Welcome to Courtyard I

Courtyard I is the home of all freshmen residents.

The atmosphere promotes a fun and educational experience with activities and programs designed for freshmen.

Apartments at Courtyard I consist of either four bedrooms and two bathrooms or four bedrooms and four bathrooms. All residents have a private bedroom.

Courtyard I amenities include:

• fully-furnished apartments,
• a swimming pool,
• clubhouse,
• laundry facility,
• recreation room,
• safety shuttle,
• volleyball court,
• and Learning Communities.

Come by our Residence Life office at Courtyard I and tour our apartments during regular office hours or call 706-568-2026 to arrange a tour.
