Living Communities

Courtyard I is dedicated to traditional freshmen under the age of 21 years.*  This complex consists of private bedroom/ private bathroom and private bedroom/ shared bathroom options.  Each bedroom comes with internet, telephone and cable access.  Amenities in this area include a swimming pool, coin operated laundry facility, recreational area, volleyball area, clubhouse with a pool and ping pong table and access to Courtyard II basketball courts. 

* Residents 17 years of age are required to have a Consent for Medical Treatment form on file with Residence Life.

LEAD

LEAD is an exclusive living community that was created just for CSU Freshmen Living on Campus in Courtyard I.  Students in this community take a special section of ITDS 2796: Leadership Development during their first semester at CSU.  Students have the option to live with other LEAD students in our Private Bedroom/ Shared Bathroom apartments.  Membership Selection is done by application and applications are due on June 22, 2007.

Courtyard II

Courtyard II is dedicated to upperclassman.  This complex consists of private bedroom/ private bathroom, private bedroom/ shared bathroom and shared bedroom/ shared bathroom options.  Each bedroom comes with internet, telephone and cable access.  Amenities in this are include gated basketball court, coin operated laundry facility, access to the Courtyard I pool and volleyball area.

University Village

University Village is a living community in Courtyard II featuring private one bedroom apartments.  Eligible residents for this community either must have lived in Residence Life for a minimum of two years or are twenty five years or older, a graduate student or are married with no dependents (one spouse attends CSU).  All Courtyard II amenities are included plus scheduled health and safety inspections.

Wall Street

Wall Street is a living community in Courtyard I North.  Residents in this community have a private bedroom/ private bathroom.  They enjoy all the amenities of Courtyard I.  Eligible residents of this community must have completed 30 or more credit hours, must have and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA, be a business major, follow  the 24 hour quiet hours policy, and abide by the No Alcohol policy.  Residents of Wall Street participate in monthly programs to expand and educate on real world business ventures and opportunities.

Intensive Study

Intensive Study is a living community in Courtyard I North.  Residents in this community have a private bedroom/ private bathroom.  All amenities of Courtyard I are included.  Eligible residents must have completed 30 or more credit hours, possess and maintain a 3.0 GPA, must follow the 24 hour quiet hours policy and abide by the No Alcohol policy.

Global Village

Global Village is an international living community in Courtyard II.  Residents of this community have a private bedroom/ private bathroom.  All the amenities of Courtyard II are included.  Residency is open to any member of the CSU community who has a shared interest in international affairs and cultures.

~Be aware that many off-campus apartments are advertised as "student apartments" although there is no connection to CSU.  No off-campus housing options offers the same combination of convenience, security and affordability.  RiverPark campus and main campus housing are the only true university-operated apartments in Columbus.~
