Housing prices

Residence Life  housing options are apartment-style with full kitchens and living rooms. All fees are per person/per semester. The prices include local phone service, internet/e-mail access, extended cable TV, all utilities, and basic furnishings. A meal plan is required when residing in Residence Life.

Courtyard I floor plans consist of four private bedrooms with two bathrooms or four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Traditional-aged freshmen are required to reside at Courtyard I unless otherwise decided by the Residence Life Office.

Meal plan prices
A meal plan is required for all summer housing options except for the May session choice.

Meal plan prices

A meal plan is required when residing in the Courtyards.

Cougar Cash is a credit on your CougarOne student ID card that allows you to eat at the Patio Grill, Blimpie in Howard Hall, the Marketplace located downtown on Broadway or the Marketplace cafeteria. You use your CougarOne ID and the amount you spend is deducted from your balance.
